Had a great vacation with friends! We enjoyed the Yellow trail, perfect for kids, and the breathtaking views from the Black trail at 15m height. The mountains surrounding our stay were stunning! The spa was really nice and the food was tasty. Just be ready for a bit of a crowd during meal times.

Our experience was slightly marred by the outdated room. Despite it being clean, the beds weren’t comfy, and the lack of a fan made it too warm at night.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was unbearably hot even after we reported the issue multiple times, which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the lack of attention from the staff regarding this problem was frustrating. I expected a relaxing experience, but it turned into a struggle. It's a shame that a beautiful location like this is paired with such poor service.

i recently stayed here for two nights in a superior double room, and it was a lovely escape. the friendly staff and stunning mountain views truly made our experience special, especially the amazing breakfast with fresh pastries. this stay exceeded my expectations compared to my last trip to kolasin, which was good, but this time felt much more relaxing.

Incredible spa facilities!

The jacuzzi was superb after skiing.

The indoor swimming pool was huge and gorgeous! I loved relaxing in the warm saunas and enjoyed the beautiful views while soaking in the jacuzzi with friends. my stay felt like a cozy retreat, especially after a day of skiing.

our stay at bianca resort & spa was fantastic! everything was exceptionally clean, and the spa area offered soothing treatment rooms for the perfect relaxation. the location is great for hikers, and the stunning views made our experience even better. breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
